Our area of focus is implementing One Health disease surveillance and wild and domestic animal / human health interventions.
Where we work
GHT has a country office located in Arusha Tanzania.
Global Health Tanzania (GHT) has its main office in Arusha and a satellite office in Mugumu. We have laboratories in the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology in Arusha and vaccine storage facilities in Mwanza. Our scientists conduct community-based research and implementation throughout northern Tanzania, collaborating with the National Institute of Medical Research, the Tanzanian Wildlife Research Institute, and Veterinary Services within the Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries.
